Booking Information

Our guesthouse is open all year round.

On the day of arrival, all rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10:00 am.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit/booking fee of 35 % of the total amount must be paid to the bank account specified in the confirmation.
Please include a corresponding reference (name and dates of stay). The remaining balance can be transferred in advance or paid in cash on the day of arrival.
Important for international transfers: Please ensure that the full invoice amount reaches us "free of charge for the recipient" (OUR instruction). Any bank fees incurred must be covered by the sender.

Terms and Conditions

In the event of a no-show or cancellation (4 weeks prior to arrival), we reserve the right to charge 80 % of the room rate, provided we cannot re-let the room for the requested period. The same applies to late arrivals or early departures.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
